At Pretty Woman Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns and Exchanges
General Returns: Unopened and unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we'll gladly make it right.
To qualify for a return or replacement:
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Once approved, we'll provide you with instructions for returning the item or sending a replacement.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued for eligible returned items (unopened, in original packaging, within 30 days) or in cases of damaged or incorrect shipments. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not issue refunds for products purchased through third-party retailers.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
