Shipping Information

We want your Pretty Woman Cosmetics order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping options, timelines, and policies.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Canadian Shipping

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed. Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

US Shipping

Please note: All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees for US orders are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout and are collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@prettywomancosmetics.ca.

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check around your property, with neighbours, and with your building's mailroom or concierge
  2. Wait 24 hours — occasionally carriers mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive
  3. Contact us at info@prettywomancosmetics.ca with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@prettywomancosmetics.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us within 1 hour at info@prettywomancosmetics.ca. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
